Delano Capital Corp. is a private investment dealer which provides investment banking services to promising junior small-cap companies. Our key focus is providing financing of under $20 million CAD and advising clients on mergers and acquisitions. Our principal sectors include, but are not limited to Mining, Agriculture and Energy. Our sources of capital include accredited high net worth investors within Ontario as well as international institutional investors. Our management team has a strong depth of experience in the financial industry on an international level and has been involved in several significant success stories in the resource space.
