Julian is the founder and owner of Delano Capital Corp. His duties at Delano involve structuring corporate finance transactions and establishing/maintaining client relationships. Since creating Delano in 2008, Julian has been involved in over 20 capital raising transactions with a combined total of approximately $200 Million.

Tony is a corporate securities lawyer who has been active in the resource sector for over 10 years. He was a founding member of several successful resource companies, including Desert Sun Mining Corp., Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Ltd., Crocodile Gold Corp. and First Uranium Corp. Tony is crucial in structuring corporate finance transactions, and also acts as Delano's Chief Compliance Officer. Tony holds an LLB from Dalhousie University.
Nancy Leoni
Executive Assistant
Nancy is the Executive Assistant to Julian Bharti and joined Delano with a strong background in Executive Support. She provides exceptional service to Delano's clients while managing the office. Prior to joining Delano, Nancy served as an Assistant Office Manager in a manufacturing company where she successfully developed a diverse and equitable workplace through her staffing and team management strategies. In addition to her corporate experience, Nancy holds a degree in Geography and a degree in Education.
